CFA offers a variety of service contract options that can be customized to meet your needs. Our options include:
Bulk Hour Package
Bulk service hour packages include volume discounts based on the number of hours purchased. Bulk packages are great for projects and for customers who may have sporadic needs but want to take advantage of the volume discounts.
Monthly Contracts
CFA offers monthly contracts to customers who have predictable support needs. Cost discounts may also apply based on the number of hours in the contract. Customers are billed monthly. Any unused hours roll over month to month as long as the contract is in effect.
